Interested in attending the Forest School? We welcome your application.

1. Fill out our online application, all areas on the application must be filled out in order to be considered for enrollment.

2. Complete the parent questionnaire, all areas on the questionnaire must be answered on the form in order to be considered for enrollment.

3. Submit the non-refundable payment of the $75 application fee here.

   Applications that are incomplete, with areas left blank, and missing the application fee WILL NOT be considered for enrollment until all areas of the application are completed and the Application fee has been submitted.

4. Incomplete applications will be deleted after 5 days without notification.

5. Please be sure to list All previously attended groups, programs, and organizations. We want to make the best possible expereince for your child and family, thus the mosre inormation we have the better to make a match. We will contact them promptly.
